Angus Wilson, Head of Catering at Horseradish said: “Whilst Horseradish is rapidly emerging as a brand in its own right, we remain a vital part of the Chester Racecourse family. This lunch was the ideal opportunity to showcase our event management talents, catering knowledge and creativity as well as our successes and aspirations.”
The event provided a showcase for Horseradish’s event management capability including all areas of logistics and planning. The four course meal also demonstrated Horseradish’s focus on local and seasonal food whilst allowing the service team to demonstrate their new uniforms. It was concluded with a Question of Sport themed quiz hosted by and featuring a range of local and sporting celebrities such as John Parrott, John Barnes and ITV presenter, Lucy Meacock.
