“This year saw the best entry levels we have seen for the awards, which has been greatly aided by our decision to open several of the categories to non-members,” comments Heather Lishman, ABPCO’s Executive Director. “We are looking forward to welcoming everyone in December, which will include opportunities for both networking and celebration as the leaders in the association PCO business gather in Birmingham.”

Finalist Sammy Connell, Conferences and Events Manager, NASUWT – The Teachers’ Union said: “I can’t tell you how thrilled we are to be shortlisted. The team have really risen to the challenge post-covid and used the opportunity to transform our ways of working and really enhance our attendees’ experience. As a Union, we know how invaluable conferences and events are for providing opportunities for members to shape the policy of the Union, network with peers, increase their own activism and create a sense of collectivism and solidarity.
