The London City Selection’s continuing growth has allowed the creation of a new web portal (http://www.londoncityselection.co.uk/) – including an in-depth search tool, providing buyers from around the world with a single point of reference for accredited venues within the City of London.
The latest venue to join the London City Selection (a Barbican led initiative), St Paul’s is the 21st member of the marketing association that has already seen hundreds of thousands of pounds worth of business retained in the City and shared amongst the members.
The search tool provides buyers with a fast method of identifying the ideal venue for their proposed event, including details of space, services and location.
LCS chair and Barbican business development manager, Samme Allen: “With an expanding membership we have been able to invest further in our website developing an online resource that will benefit both buyers and members. As the only such association to require AIM Accreditation from all our members, buyers are guaranteed the highest levels of service and quality. With the original launch of the LCS only 9 months ago, we have seen incredible growth and development. Members have all seen benefits and are committed to the ongoing growth of LCS.”
Alana Buckley,
St Paul’s Cathedral: “We are delighted to become the newest member of London City Selection. As an iconic City venue, we are committed to upholding high quality corporate hospitality in the City and to energising the Square Mile. We have watched the LCS develop over the course of the last nine months and are convinced that this is the ideal way to market the venue to our key target market. Their decision to invest in a new website so soon clearly shows that they are moving fast and not afraid to keep up with the changes in technology. The LCS is clearly a force for growth and we look forward to partnering with neighbouring venues in everything it has to offer over the coming year.. ”
