Magenta gives back to charity

Magenta supports a variety of charities in Africa, India and the UK.

In the last 12 months, leading security provider Magenta Security has raised thousands of pounds for charity.  The company, which has operations in London, Birmingham, Kent, Middlesex, Swindon and Manchester, supports a wide variety of charitable causes in Africa, India and the UK.

Managing Director Abbey Petkar explains: “Supporting charities, at home and abroad, is central to our corporate social responsibility strategy. Business is not just about being successful but also about giving something back in the hope it makes a better society for all of us to live in.”

In Africa, Magenta Security has been involved in water well projects, and in India it sponsors a school for blind children. Closer to home Magenta has been involved in a variety of projects, including the Road Safety campaign which provides board games to hundreds of schools to make sure children are aware of the risks on the road.

Abbey continues: “I think it is important to support charities, not just in the UK but around the world. By supporting these causes we are helping people improve the way they live, and we will continue to support these and other projects as we look to increase the amount of charitable work we do.”
