MPI UK and Ireland is organising a half–day conference on the achievement of creativity and innovation within budget for events. The educational conference is being organised in association with Ayd Instone and Kenny Harris and takes place on 31st January.
This and several subsequent events have been organised following member research and feedback. MPI regularly organises educational seminars for its members and non-members – this is the first in a series of lectures on business trends and profitability.
Two others include: • 24th February: “Back to school for event planners” • 1st March: “Weathering the storm”
The event will include four sessi
ons, discussions and a question and answer session with the panel as well as
networking. The conference will be held at MWB Liverpool Street from 1300- 1730 hrs followed by refreshments. The conference is aimed at anyone involved in organising events and will focus on the challenges of creativity within tight budgets.
Fiona Pelham, UK and Ireland President said: “It is going to be an exciting conference designed to help professionals realise their creative ambitions within even the smallest budgets. We have lined up four fantastic speakers from different backgrounds to share their expertise and interest in the event has been extremely high.”
The other speakers will be Adam Taub and Derek Manning, who will share case studies of how they have designed and delivered unusual events for clients such as Hewlett Packard. AstraZeneca, Hitachi and Samsung.
