Professionalism wins through for Congress Rental Network and its clients

A recent survey of Congress Rental Network’s (CRN) members reveals that despite all the uncertainties associated with the current global recession staffing levels and attendees at events have remained relatively constant.

Panagiotis Podimatas from PC Podimatas Audiovisual S.A. in Greece, chairperson of the CRN commented: “These statistics are great news for the CRN.  That our members continue to do so well, despite economic challenges is incredibly positive.  We are determined to provide the same high levels of service that all CRN clients have come to expect despite this period of economic uncertainty.”

The survey was conducted across the CRN’s global membership, which includes the leading providers of congress and events equipment.   The survey shows that despite the impact of the recession and difficult trading conditions CRN members’ continued focus on providing an excellent service to clients through both good and bad times is paying dividends.

Panagiotis Podimatas: “Our members undergo strict accreditation and measurement criteria before they are admitted to the network.  This ensure strength of brand and confidence amongst clients on the one hand but also allows members to work together and exchange information that will allow individuals to grow.”

Although the statistics show that the level of enquiries and sales have decreased and cash flow has been more challenging; the average number of attendees has remained constant or increased across 56% of the events organised by CRN members.   Staffing levels across 75% of the membership have also remained constant with 6% showing an increase.

In the survey, members of CRN cite the key reasons for client’s continued use of their services be ‘good past experience of working with the company’ and the ‘quality of service’.
