Soaring celebrates five year partnership with the Barbican.

PR and communication specialist

Soaring Worldwide is celebrating its fifth year of working in partnership with one of its first clients – the Barbican.

During the last five years, Soaring Worldwide has been tasked with promoting the Barbican’s corporate offering, specifically targeting those likely to book and use the venue for conferences, meetings, events and exhibitions. This year the Barbican, a combined arts and conference centre, celebrates its 30th birthday and is moving into an exciting new phase following the launch of Barbican Business Events. The venture will bring together the venue’s rich heritage and history in the performing arts and their professional expertise within the corporate events sector.

Soaring Worldwide’s managing director Adam Baggs comments: “During the past five years we have enjoyed working with the Barbican and raising its profile as a place to do business. Year on year its presence has grown. It is well known as an arts venue but its spaces lend themselves ideally to the corporate environment too. As the Barbican enters a new phase – combining the arts and business more closely – we look forward to helping the venue gain more business and placing it on the international map as a business destination.”

Barbican Business Events general manager Anthony Hyde comments: “Soaring Worldwide are event industry experts and have complete understanding of what we are trying to achieve at the Barbican. They offer a truly rounded communications approach which allows us to reach our target audience with regular coverage. As we look forward to the development of Barbican Business Events we’re confident that Soaring Worldwide will provide the communication support we need and we look forward to continuing our partnership with them.”
