Soaring Worldwide Monthly Review (February)

We’ve had some cold weather here in Cirencester over the last few weeks which has meant some beautiful mornings but slippy roads.  It hasn’t stopped us getting out and about though…

Since the beginning of 2015, the entire Soaring Worldwide team have been hard at work with some exciting client work as well as attending various events and even engaging in the odd bit of charitable work.

In particular we supported the Cirencester Round Table’s annual senior citizen’s dinner, which saw a small group of local volunteers wine, dine and entertain more than 170 of the town’s older residents.  Logisitics is always tough for this event with everyone personally picked up from their home but it worked flawlessly and we were proud to play a minor part in the proceedings.

One of our clients, ABPCO, held their AGM at etc.venues Monument in London which was well received with both Nick de Bois MP and Guy Browning headlining the event. It was fantastic to see so many professionals from the meetings and events industry coming together to look back on a successful year for ABPCO, as well as look forward to the association’s future.

We started work with a brand new client in January, which we are very excited about and they’ve certainly kept us busy! Stew has also been out and about at various networking sessions across Gloucestershire meeting plenty of new businesses whilst we’ve enjoyed some great catch up meetings with several of our clients including Barbican, Church House Conference Centre, imago and The Meetings Show!

Looking ahead, we will be attending Confex at Olympia in London this week and in March we will be at the M&IT awards so we expect a few drinks and laughs will be had at what is always a fantastic event.

So a busy month ahead for us but we’re always open for a cuppa if you’re passing through!
