We have recently launched a new service offering our expertise in the creation of Communication Strategies. Whilst we love to do the nitty-gritty work, a number of clients have asked us to augment their internal teams through the provision of a strategic communications plan. The brainstorming, perception studies and research needed to get under the skin of a business and understand where it is heading and what (if any) changes are needed. We thoroughly review all elements of the company’s brand, in particular the words and messages used throughout their communication – It really is amazing how often people murder their company’s chance of success through the use of the wrong words!

This is followed by the creation of a strategy designed to take their business forward according to specific goals, target markets and messages. We suggest methods, schedules and outlets as well as ideas for the future across a host of communications tools.

If the clients wants we can go on to implement the details. If not we can simply provide ongoing consultancy and advice. We can even let them carry on alone (if that is what they prefer).
